THE BASICS !
ladies and gentlemen, it is my pleasure to be here. i'm dallas lucian dulluci, and you know that's the coolest name you've heard in a long time. i won't go into detail as to why i was named that, but i will let you know that i don't go by my full name at all times. dallas or dall are way cuter, and tons more fun to go by. of course, here in this podunk small town of everence, even those embarrassing pet names get out. speaking of everence, you probably think i'm some small town, hill billy idiot. but hey, us everence citizens are pretty different from that! i'm actually loving life here as a(n) incubi. pretty rad, right? although, not as rad as my birthday, january sixteenth. you know, that day you give me presents? that aside- i'm eighteen years old, and ready to rock this town- or hey, even this state!
and enough of that boring stuff. i know what you want- my rockin bod. and by rocking, i mean drop dead gorgeous. let's just start from the top. my hair? well, i don't even know how to describe these dark brown locks. but i guess i'd say that they are pretty straight. and as you can see by plainly looking at me and my parents- i'm incubi. but what you may not know is that my eyes are a mind blowing color. yeah, that's right, they are dark brown. that is just cool beyond belief. and now for those numbers i know you've all been waiting for. see, i'd consider myself very thin, and most would agree. i mean, i can prove it too. my scale reads 152 pounds, not that you should be asking. but i do tower over some things at a nice 5’11. sexy, aren't i? yeah, so i've been told. then again, i've also been told that i look a hell of a lot like ryan ross. but, that can't be a bad thing, right?

Honestly, mornings were not Addison’s thing. The cup of steaming Starbucks coffee was clutched to her chest as if she were guarding it from some hidden evil. Bringing the drink to her lips she took a small sip and cringed as she felt it burn the back of her throat. It was worth it for her. She could feel the heat warming her entire body slowly. Her black heel slid on the ice and she reached out blindly for the pole in front of her. ”I hate the fucking cold.” She screeched, ignoring the heads that turned towards her. Addy had always been used to everyone staring at her. Her style of unconventional and her personality was borderline crazy. That was what the doctors had told her that she was borderline crazy. Alright maybe without the crazy but that was the hidden meaning.
A grin crossed over her bright red lips. All that mattered was that she hadn’t spilt her coffee. The town square was bustling with last minute holiday shoppers. Addy hated holidays, even cheerful ones like Christmas. Actually she just hated anything that was typically associated with family. She had never been much of a family person, and the holidays just brought back all of her horrible memories. It was all behind her now that she was living on her own. Life was good for the first time in nearly ten years. Everyone knew about her rocky past, Dani had made sure to post it on the college’s gossip blog all about her daddy issues. Addy had it out for the girl now. Next time she saw the blonde idiot, the girl would be leaving with a broken nose. The rule was, don’t mass with Addison Conroy.
Stopping in front of the candy store, she flashed the entrance a wide grin. Walking in, the manager rushed towards her, tied on the mandatory apron, kissed her cheek, muttered a ‘thanks’, and ran out the door in a flash. A laugh escaped past Addison’s lips as she took her spot behind the counter. She didn’t have any plans for the day, so when her boss asked her to fill in she had no choice but to say yes. It paid fairly good money, better than her old job as a waitress at the Black Tide Café. She had barely afforded her rent on that salary. Yawning widely, she accepted the fact that it would be fairly boring for the rest of the day. Leaning over the counter, she grabbed a chocolate bar and tore open the wrapper. Addy had a problem with following rules.
